Membership Agreement


Release of Liability

A release of liability form must be signed for any person taking part in any school activities. If the person is under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the release of liability form on behalf of participant.

Packages and Payments

We offer various packages with flexible payment options for our program. One time payment, two payments or 12 low monthly payments. There is a mandatory beginners package that must be purchased at initial sign up. The beginner package may be purchased as a one time lump sum payment or as 3 low monthly payments in addition to tuition. Monthly payments are due before the 25th of each month. The student is signing up for a year long program therefore monthly payment is due whether students attend class or not. All payments and fees are non refundable. We require a 30 day notice to withdraw from the program.

Referral Bonus

Refer a member and receive a $50 credit toward your tuition or merchandise if they sign up.


Events are held once a month. There is sometimes a small entrance fee. All proceeds go to the demo team or equipment for the school.


Beginner through advanced promotion fees are $25 (white belt promotion fee is included in sign up fee). Black belt promotion fees are $250. Promotion fees are due before testing can occur.

Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate membership if the student or family does not adhere to our code of conduct. Treat others as you would expect to be treated. Be respectful of everyone's culture and beliefs. Treat all instructors, students, parents, guests and school property with care and respect.

Tournaments and Training

All outside training and participation in competitions/workshops must be approved by Sensei Radiant.

Gear, Uniforms and Weapons

All gear, uniforms and weapons must be purchased through the school. Appropriate uniform must be worn every class. Uniform must be clean and pressed. Torn, discolored, heavily stained or ill fitting uniforms must be replaced. Student must bring gear and weapons to every class.

Time and Attendance

Students are required to consistently attend scheduled classes. Students should arrive 10-15 minutes early to prepare for class. If a student is unable to attend class, either the student or parent should text or call ‭(646) 952-1196‬ prior the start of class.

A hard copy of this membership agreement must be signed annually.
