MEMBERSHIP Hold

We understand that sometimes you may need to pause your training. Here’s how our hold policy works:

  1. Notice Required

    • Please submit your hold request at least 14 days in advance through the app.

  2. Length of Hold

    • Holds are for a minimum of 1 month.

    • You may hold your membership for up to 3 months total per calendar year.

  3. Payment During Hold

    • Holds are complimentary, but you must prepay for the month you plan to return.

    • This payment is non-refundable. If you do not return, the payment is forfeited.

  4. Access During Hold

    • No classes during your hold.

    • You will still have access to practice videos, skill library, and events.

  5. Automatic Restart

    • Your membership will automatically restart after your hold ends.

    • You will keep your current tuition rate and your spot in class.

  6. Medical Holds

    • If your hold is for medical reasons, you will need a note from your provider.

    • No prepayment is required for medical holds.
