Infection Control, Cleanliness and Safety
We are committed to safety. We have protocols in place to assure a clean and safe environment. Upon entering our facilities it is mandatory that everyone must wash or sanitize their hands. A mask or face covering is optional. If you are sick, please stay home. Due to limited space, we ask that as minimal amount of people accompany the students as possible. All students and visitors must have permission to enter training areas.
Release of Liability
A release of liability form must be signed for any person taking part in any school activities. If the person is under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the release of liability form on behalf of the participant.
Membership Packages and Payments
We offer various packages with flexible payment options for our programs. Payments are due whether the students attends class or not. All payments and fees are non refundable. Students will not be allowed to attend class or participate in activities if outstanding balance exceeds 30 days.

Referral Bonus
If you refer a person and they sign up, you will receive a credit on your account!
Events
Events are held periodically. They are to enhance the student experience. There may be an entrance fee depending on the event.
Promotions
Each rank has a minimum requirement of attended classes, time at rank and a set of skills to be performed proficiently for the particular rank. A student may not belt test unless these minimum requirements are met. Testing fees must be paid before testing.
Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate membership if the student or family does not adhere to our code of conduct. Be respectful of everyone's culture and beliefs. Treat all instructors, students, parents, guests and school with respect and courtesy. Do not interrupt instruction. Do not interfere during classes and private training. Do not tamper with anyone else’s property. Maintain a safe environment.
Tournaments and Training
All outside training and participation in competitions/workshops must be approved by Sabumnim Radiant.
Skills can only be taught by EMA instructors. Students should not teach anyone else these skills unless otherwise instructed to do so by an EMA instructor.
YouTube and other internet outlets outside of Elite Martial Arts of Brooklyn’s hosted outlets should not be used as reference for training. Each school has nuances that may or may not reflect the training that we provide.
Gear, Uniforms and Weapons
All gear, uniforms and weapons must be purchased from Elite Martial Arts of Brooklyn. We do not allow outside equipment or apparel. Appropriate uniform must be worn to every class. The uniform must be clean and free of wrinkles. Torn, discolored, heavily stained or ill fitting uniforms must be replaced. Students are required to bring required gear to appropriate classes.
Time and Attendance
Students are required to consistently attend required classes. Students should arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class.
Students may only attend classes within their program(s). Students should not exceed the maximum amount of classes allowed by their current membership package.
