  1. Look left

  2. Turn 90º to the left and perform a downward block (with the left hand) in a forward stance (left leg forward) YELL “KIYAP!” (kee-yah-p)

  3. Step forward and perform a straight punch (with the right hand) in a forward stance (right leg forward)

  4. Look over the right shoulder turn 180º towards the right and perform a downward block (with the right hand) in a forward stance (right leg forward)

  5. Step forward and perform a straight punch (with the left hand) in a forward stance (left leg forward)

  6. Look over the left shoulder turn 90º towards the left and perform a downward block (with the left hand) in a forward stance (left leg forward)

  7. Step forward and perform a straight punch (with the right hand) in a forward stance (right leg forward)

  8. Look over the right shoulder turn 180º towards the right and perform a downward block (with the right hand) in a forward stance (right leg forward)

  9. Step forward and perform a straight punch (with the left hand) in a forward stance (left leg forward)

  10. Look over the left shoulder turn 90º towards the left and perform an inside block (with the left hand) in a back stance (left leg forward)

  11. Step forward and perform a straight punch (with the right hand) in a forward stance (right leg forward)

  12. Look over the right shoulder turn 180º towards the right and perform an inside block (with the right hand) in a back stance (right leg forward)

  13. Step forward and perform a straight punch (with the left hand) in a forward stance (left leg forward)

  14. Look over the left shoulder turn 90º towards the left and perform an inside block (with the left hand) in a back stance (left leg forward)

  18. Step backward and perform a straight punch to the diaphragm (with the left hand) in a forward stance (left leg forward) then a straight punch to the head (with the right hand) in a forward stance (right leg forward) YELL “KIYAP!” (kee-yah-p)
