This week on the mat, our warriors are training one of the most important fundamentals: the front kick.

Simple does not mean easy.

A strong front kick requires balance, control, and intention. Every chamber, every extension, every retraction is practiced with purpose. This is where discipline is built.

We are reminding students that precision matters.
